Maria flew towards the oak. She felt the presence of faries that had been there in the past. She landed and sat down near the base of the tree. She opened the empty book and closed her eyes, emptying her mind. She thought, What happened to me? What is my past? She opened her eyes, and looked at the book. The pages were full of pictures, and she read the story in fairy language.
Deep in the woods, a great hunter met a fairy. She had been transformed into a human, for a special mission. He took her back to his house, for he had found her unconsious in the woods, and put her in his bed. He'd never seen such a beautiful human, although she wasn't, in his life. When she awoke, she didn't trust him at first, but she slowly fell in love with him. They had an affair, and then she realized that she had complete the mission. She decided she coulldn't, because He was the mission. She would either have to kill him, or be banished from the faries forever. She decided her love was to great, so she returned to the faries, telling a lie, that she had killed him. Then later, He was out hunting and some faries spotted the hunter. They turned in humans and killed him, leaving the fairy in sorrow. She was so at loss, that when she had her daughter, she died of her sorrow. The daughter, being Half human, was sent to the school and was given a half fairy form, to remind her of her lineage. her mother's fairy book was left with her, and where the book came from, is a whole different story.
Maria saw, that as she read the words, they dissappeared with the pictures too. By the end of the story, Maria was crying. Her tears dropped on the pages of the now empty book.
